missed dirties pick up

You will receive a knock on the door and a call or text from the driver if your dirties are not visible, just in case you are still at home. If we aren't able to get your dirties, no problem- it happens! Here are your options:

• schedule a new pick up (availability dependent on location, extra fee $20-$50 depending on location)
• drop off diapers at our facility (There is a drop box available for use 24/7: Go around the corner from google map pin to the loading dock on Palatine. The drop box is under the big Diaper Stork sign. Please mark your dirties with your name- there are blank pins for you to use if needed. Text 206-928-6982 to confirm you have dropped them off or if you have any questions.)
• throw them in your wash at home.

Just shoot us a text or an email with what you decide to do. We do ask that dirty diapers not sit for much longer than a week, as this allows stains to set and we have to remove those diapers from circulation.
