First, please send us an email so that we can investigate. If you are consistently using more than your service amount each week, we will recommend you add 10 more diapers per week. If you would like more diapers delivered before your delivery day, there will be an extra delivery charge depending on location. If you ran out of diapers due to our mistake, then we will provide a pro-rated credit and or re-deliver at no charge.
